Job Description
As the Business Development Manager exclusively focused on the Greater Chicago Area, your
role is pivotal in client acquisition, understanding staffing needs, and effectively communicating
these requirements to our recruiting teams. Your primary objective is to cultivate and maintain
strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the Chicago market, ensuring seamless
collaboration and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the
Greater Chicago Area market. Employ a strategic approach to expand our client base and
establish long-term partnerships.
2. Needs Assessment: Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to understand their
staffing needs, including desired skill sets, qualifications, and cultural fit requirements.
Translate these insights into actionable directives for the recruiting teams.
3. Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for Chicago clients,
fostering trust-based relationships through regular communication and attentive service.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and
satisfaction.
4. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and
emerging opportunities in the Greater Chicago Area staffing market. Utilize this
knowledge to tailor our services and offerings to meet evolving client demands.
5. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with our recruiting teams in the Greater
Chicago Area to convey client expectations, provide clear directives, and facilitate
efficient workflow management. Ensure seamless coordination between business
development and operational functions to deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably within the
staffing or recruitment industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively
engage with clients at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical abilities, with a keen eye for identifying market trends and
business opportunities.
• Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
simultaneously.

Full-Time: Base pay plus commission
Part-Time:Recurring commission
